Product description

Resistant dextrin is a soluble fiber derived from wheat or corn starch and produced through a highly controlled process of partial hydrolysis and repolymerization of dextrin. Additionally, daily supplementation with 10 g of resistant dextrin improved insulin resistance and inflammatory responses in women with type 2 diabetes.

Resistant dextrin is a white to light yellow powder. It is a water-soluble dietary fiber made from non-GMO natural corn starch through a certain degree of hydrolysis, polymerization, separation and other steps. It has low calories, good solubility, a slightly sweet taste and odor, and remains stable under conditions such as high temperatures, pH changes, humid environments and high cutting forces. Can be used in food, beverages, powder capsules and other processed products.
